November 2018: Tito Anders. Urban Wellness Center. Go. He’s wonderful. I’ve been seeing Tito for neck and shoulder work for a few years and each time is more profound than the last. We are lucky to have him around.

Rolfing: Karin Wagner: I don’t have a lot to compare Karin’s work with – but it sure was profound. She knows the body and has a wonderful, positive nature. Easy parking at her inner Eastside office near 18th and Clinton. Go and get that deep work that you’re seeking done.

Al Thieme of Portland Acupuncture. Al asked me a lot about my current and past health – more questions than any physician has ever asked! He was able to address my two health issues in a half-hour session and also gave me Chinese herbal medicine for my cold. Al has a great understanding of the body and also an easy-going nature which makes the session very relaxing and comfortable. I’ll be going back to see Al and recommend him for acupuncture.
