How to feel a lot better, quickly – Steam!


Here’s a suggestion for how to feel better, quickly – Steam! Take a bowl and fill it with boiling water. Drop in 2-10 drops of eucalyptus oil. Sit in front of the bowl with a towel over your head for as long as you can sit still. Take a moment from talking to anyone and take deep breaths. If it gets too intense, take a break, but then come back to it and you’ll find that you can stay in the steam for quite a while. The longer you stay, the better you’ll feel – I recommend 3-5 minutes.
